Powder-coated aluminium.
Transform your patio into a year-round gathering spot with this 42" round chat height fire table, a freestanding outdoor centerpiece that combines warmth, durability, and low-maintenance performance. This 42" Round MGP Chat Height Outdoor Fire Table available at Sideboards and Things with free shipping delivers American-made craftsmanship designed for coastal climates and everyday use. An outdoor fire table is a functional furniture piece that integrates a built-in fire feature with a tabletop surface, creating ambiance and extending outdoor living seasons while providing a durable gathering spot for conversation and entertaining.
This fire table excels in salt air environments where coastal weather demands corrosion-resistant construction and materials that maintain structural integrity through temperature swings. The powder-coated aluminum frame resists chipping and requires only periodic cleaning with mild soap and water, eliminating the ongoing refinishing work demanded by wood or iron alternatives. Its 42-inch round footprint fits comfortably on smaller patios while the chat height creates an intimate seating arrangement that pairs beautifully with complementary pieces from our outdoor bar and counter tables collection or accent options in our outdoor coffee tables selection.
The Marine Grade Polymer top resists staining and UV degradation season after season, while the pullout propane shelf simplifies tank changes without disturbing your tabletop arrangement. Whether you're extending spring evenings or warming fall gatherings, the dual-fuel capability and electronic ignition let you adjust flame settings quickly, and the commercial-grade construction supports reliable performance year after year. Explore additional fire-focused furniture in our outdoor fire tables collection to anchor your patio design with warmth and function.
Works well in hospitality settings
This model seems tailored for outdoor hospitality use thanks to the enclosed propane storage and commercial tag, and the hidden tank connection keeps staff from tripping over hoses. The custom build option and coastal styling make it an easy fit for hotel patios.
Solid table but wait time
Nice coastal style and the MGP build looks like it will hold up, though there's a mild variation in finish tones compared to online photos. The 46 week made-to-order lead time was longer than expected, so plan ahead.
Good for rooftop decks
Designed for outdoor use, the enclosed propane compartment fits a standard 20-pound tank and stays out of sight, which is great for a rooftop deck setup. The coastal finish pairs nicely with lighter textiles.
Right size for my deck
At about 42" diameter 26" height it's roomy enough for drinks and small plates, so it works well as a focal point on a mid-size deck. The coastal look helps it blend with wicker seating, and the propane tank storage keeps things uncluttered.
Poolside warmth and easy upkeep
An aluminum-plus-MGP build makes it feel durable around pool splash, and the enclosed propane storage is handy for quick refills. It's compact enough for a corner seating group without crowding the area.
