The Drop Zone Raffia Wrapped Console Table delivers storage and natural texture in a narrow footprint perfect for hallways and entryways. A console table is a tall, slim furniture piece designed to fit against walls in tight spaces while providing surface area and often storage, and this Chelsea House console wraps that function in handwoven cream raffia for a soft, organic look. The Drop Zone console is available at Sideboards and Things with free shipping.
At just twelve inches deep, this console fits narrow hallways and entryways without blocking flow, while the three drawers hold keys, gloves, and mail out of sight. The cream raffia wrapping brings woven texture to a clean-lined rectangular frame, so the piece works in both coastal-casual rooms and minimalist interiors. Pair it with other slim furniture from our console tables collection or layer in coffee tables to carry natural textures through your space.
Use the thirty-six-inch height to anchor a mirror or artwork on the wall above, then style the top with a small tray for keys and a lamp or potted plant on one side. The twelve-inch depth keeps the console flush against the wall so foot traffic can pass freely, and the three drawers tuck away everyday items to maintain a clean look. The cream raffia finish warms up tight spaces and reflects light, making narrow hallways feel more open.
Casual look for a dining nook
The raffia-wrapped frame gives a relaxed, farmhouse vibe that works well in a small dining area. The three enclosed drawers hide incoming mail and menus, and the clean sled base keeps the piece from feeling visually heavy. Its an easy way to add storage without dominating the room.
Useful in a small home office
Three enclosed storage drawers are a real plus for charging cables, notepads, and other daily essentials so the desktop stays clear. The modern farmhouse style and natural raffia wrapping give the space a relaxed feel. Its a solid choice when you need hidden storage in a compact room.
Not quite what the photos showed Drop Zone
The piece is serviceable, but the color variation was more noticeable in person than it looked online. Delivery also took longer than expected, which made the whole experience less positive.
Nice texture but a bit heavy
The cream-colored raffia wrapping adds nice texture and the clean sled base keeps the look airy, but its a little heavy to move around on your own. Assembly took a bit of time, so plan for a mild setup effort when placing it in a hallway. Still, those enclosed drawers help tame clutter once its in place.
Great behind a sectional
This console's raffia-wrapped frame and clean sled base design make it subtle behind a sofa without looking bulky. The narrow depth is perfect for putting a lamp and a few decorative pieces without crowding the living room. It adds texture without trying too hard.
