Why Choose a Washable Rug from Sideboards and Things?
The ultra-thin profile transitions smoothly under doors and fits beneath furniture legs without rocking, while the quick-drying flat weave sheds water outdoors and resists mildew indoors when combined with outdoor rugs in adjacent zones. Position the 8' x 10" under a sectional in a family room, the 5' x 7'6" on a screened porch with rocking chairs and outdoor accent chairs, or the 10' x 14" anchoring a covered patio lounge. The plum medallion coordinates with gray upholstery, brass accents, and natural wood finishes in transitional interiors or pairs with wicker and teak in outdoor bar and counter table settings.Frequently Asked Questions
- Is the Haelion rug machine washable?
- Yes, machine wash cold with mild detergent, then lay flat or hang to air dry -- never use a dryer, which can damage the non-skid backing.
- Does the rug resist sun fading outdoors?
- The polyester is UV-stabilized for covered outdoor areas such as screened porches, pergolas, and awning-shaded patios.
- Which size rug works under a dining table?
- The 8' x 8" fits under round tables, the 8' x 10" suits rectangular tables seating six, and the 9' x 12" accommodates eight-person arrangements with chairs pulled out.
- Will the rug slip on tile or hardwood floors?
- The non-skid backing keeps the rug securely in place on tile, wood, and concrete without requiring a separate rug pad.
- Can I hose off the rug outdoors?
- Yes, hose down the flat weave for quick spot cleaning, and the quick-drying construction sheds water within hours.
- How is the rug shipped?
- Ships rolled in protective packaging with free curbside delivery; the rug arrives ready to unroll and lay flat, with a lead time of 48-72 hours.
