An outdoor sofa set -- furniture built to withstand sun, rain, and temperature swings without warping or rusting -- brings the comfort of indoor living to exterior spaces. The SoHo Teak Patio Deep Sofa Set with Sunbrella 4PC is available at Sideboards and Things with free shipping. Crafted from responsibly harvested grade-A teak, the set pairs natural wood grain with marine-grade stainless steel accents for a sleek modern profile that holds up season after season.
Grade-A teak contains natural oils that repel moisture and resist decay, which is why it has been the gold standard for shipbuilding and marine furniture for centuries. This four-piece set offers flexible seating -- arrange the sofa and club chairs in an L-shape or face-to-face for conversation. All-weather Sunbrella cushions resist fading, mildew, and stains, so you can leave them outside on covered patios without constant shuffling. Hand-sanded at the factory, the teak arrives in a warm golden-brown tone. Left untreated, the wood gradually weathers to a silvery-grey patina over several months -- a natural process that does not compromise strength or durability. Small surface cracks and slight roughness at the end grain are normal as the wood acclimates to outdoor humidity; these do not affect structural integrity. If you prefer the original honey tone, apply a teak sealer or oil annually; otherwise, the silvery finish is maintenance-free and equally weather-resistant.
Works well for rooftop entertaining
The deep-seat design encourages relaxed conversations out on a rooftop or large deck, and the six Sunbrella colorway options make it easy to match different schemes. The FSC-certified teak with high oil content should cut down on seasonal maintenance compared with untreated wood.
Poolside durability and comfort
Sunbrella cushions in a darker colorway should hold up well poolside since they're solution-dyed to resist fading and water. The stainless steel accents keep the frame from feeling too rustic, while the teak's natural oil content helps with moisture and pest resistance.
Comfortable lounge for a deck
The 28.75-inch seat depth looks roomy for lounging and makes it easy to stretch out on a deck. The FSC-certified grade-A teak and Sunbrella cushions suggest good resistance to moisture and fading, which seems useful for outdoor use.
Nice materials but a bit heavy
Solid grade-A teak and Sunbrella cushions make this an attractive seating group, but the pieces are fairly heavy to move around, which could be a hassle when rearranging. Assembly or setup may take a little effort, though the stainless steel accents add a low-maintenance touch.
Modern farmhouse vibe for a porch
The stainless steel accents give a modern farmhouse look that works well on a covered porch. The coffee table feels well proportioned to the seating, so drinks and snacks stay within easy reach during gatherings.
